RumorvilleVincent Irizarry has announced on his Facebook that he has signed on to reprise his role with Prospect Park's venture of All My Children.

"Happy to share that I just signed on with Prospect Park for the “All My Children” reboot! Excited to bring dastardly Dr. David back to life, as he did for so many others, and to see my dear friends in Pine Valley once again. A great, big thank you to all the fans for your tenacity in keeping the hope alive. You’re awesome!!! Let’s all keep our fingers crossed together that it becomes a reality."

In other AMC news, Ginger Smith, who has held a variety of production positions at AMC stretching back to 1988, apparently has been tapped to serve as the new AMC's new executive producer.

On a related note, word is that Prospect Park has entered into preliminary talks with the Writers Guild of America (WGA) concerning their plans for both AMC and OLTL.

Just an FYI: Until Prospect Park officially confirms all the info we have been posting concerning AMC & OLTL, all such reports will continue to appear in our Rumorville section.
