Rumorville:  As previously discussed in our Rumorville thread in our GH forum, word is that  there may be new life for AMC and OLTL--either on a streaming web series or possibly cable television. ABC has granted Prospect Park a one month extension on their license agreement to produce All My Children and One Life to Live. They reportedly now have until the end of February 2013 to get the project off the ground.  One source has said that Susan Lucci, who played Erica Kane on AMC has been contacted.

The buzz is that Propect Park plans for AMC/OLTL include 30 minuted eppys of the shows to air Monday-Thursday, with a recap-typ show on Fridays. Supposedly, the shows will be taped in Stamford, CT, and studio space and sets are currently being designed.

The question is, if Prospect is successful in relaunching- specifically OLTL- what would that mean for the characters of Todd Manning (Roger Howarth), John McBain (Michael Easton) and Starr Manning (Kristen Alderson), all currently part of the General Hospital cast of characters?  Supposedly, Prospect Park has the option to give General Hospital notice to cease using those characters. Stay tuned...
