Not surprisingly, when it comes to deficit reduction and spending, the only thing the GOP mentions cutting is "entitlements"-- benefits that Americans have EARNED and have kept our elderly from sinking into the despair of poverty. Yes, health care costs are rising out of control but that is due to the for-profit factor.
